Arrived earlier than expected, very good, it seems like an excellent device but I haven't tested it yet, I don't know if additional interchangeable filters can be found if needed or if they can be cleaned and how, also, since I am Italian and don't know English, I have difficulty understanding the instructions, as well as the app which I see is very well made but is incomprehensible to me. It would be nice if it had other languages so that the product would become more appealing. In any case, I will try to translate the instructions using Google Lens; the issue remains with the app; I will provide any additional feedback if necessary.

It's an exceptional product. In the past, i used two exorbitantly expensive models recommended by a local audiology center. Their performance was mediocre, and i resigned myself to believing that this was the best that was currently available: expensive and poor quality. This product is amazingly powerful, far superior to previous models. The phone app is very versatile. You can do a self-test and it programs itself automatically. Remarkably, you can also enter your audiogram in db (from 250hz to 6khz), just like they do professionally at the audiometry center. With a little patience, i managed to program them and restore my hearing to near perfection. They connect to your phone and sound great. I was also able to connect them to my tv via bluetooth. The audio sound is exceptional, with good dynamics and spectrum, with bass, just like in high-quality headphones. In conclusion, i congratulate the team that designed and manufactured this product!

I bought them as a gift for my grandmother who suffers from severe hearing loss. She is very happy with the sound quality and volume that the headphones achieve. The volume of the headphones is easy to control even for her, although she still has trouble understanding how to connect the Bluetooth and what to do in case the headphones disconnect. It would be a good idea to add a simplified mode for elderly people in the app.
