The hearing device has arrived fast enough. app installed on smartphone and it works ok. bluetooth connection it works (switching between hearing and music it works). but,it seems that the two hearing devices do not work independently(that is if i need only the left hearing device ,i must to put also the right hearing device even at volume zero) !? to be clarified.
Well packaged for transport, but also a well-designed storage box and charging system, easy-to-use app, so far I am very satisfied; the sound is decent, as effective as equipment that costs 20 times more and no more comfortable to wear.
The product is well finished and the performance is very satisfactory: I can wear them in my ears all day without any discomfort. Sometimes I even forget I'm wearing them.

Quality product, quite easy to set up. It's a shame it's only in English, but the adjustment ranges seem to be at a good level. Longevity remains to be seen, but I'm confident. Delivery was faster than expected.
It seems to me to be of very good quality, it responds to the application on a Xiaomi 13 Pro phone. Care must be taken with the silicone earpieces; they must be the appropriate size, but there are 4 sizes available, and I hope to consult with an audiologist to accommodate hearing loss. It arrived on December 30th, and I will comment on the durability in a reasonable amount of time to calculate the cost-benefit of the device. So far, I recommend it 100%.

Very good product. As described. I liked it so much. Mobile application is nice. Although i could download it through the provided qr code, i was able to download it from play store (forsound )application . It is well packed with all accessories included. Respectable and good seller.
The device works very well, as described on the AliExpress website. The bluetooth connection to the phone is easily done. There are many adjustment options. It will take me a moment to fully grasp everything, but the initial tests have been positive. We easily switch from one mode to another, its exterior or from the phone. The instructions are well detailed and easy to read, in English. It is important to get the ForSound app which gives access to all settings. I tested it on Android, it works very well. The "Hearing Check to calibrate the device did not work well for me, the amplification was too strong, but manual adjustment of the different frequencies gives a very satisfactory result. The device is inconspicuous and well hidden in the bottom of the ears. The most important thing is that the sound quality is very good, I am very satisfied with it.
